The following terms and conditions, along with site policies such as the Privacy Policy and other customer service policies, govern the use of Appleye Products and constitute the entire agreement between the contracting parties. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the conditions listed below as amended from time to time.

Appleye (appleye.com.au) is created and controlled in New South Wales, Australia. All purchases are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the state of New South Wales. By using this site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and Australia and agree that any legal action will only be commenced in these forums.

Orders can only be placed with Appleye Products by persons with capacity to contract, who are over the age of either 18 or 21 as legislated in your state of residence.

These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice. Each order or transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions in force upon the date of that transaction.

All content on this site, including text, icons, graphics, designs etc are the property of Appleye and are protected by Australian and International Copyright law and where applicable Trademarks. No part or portion of this site may be copied, sold or used in any manner for any commercial purpose without written consent.

Appleye is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.

All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Appleye. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Appleye reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.

Appleye is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Appleye may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.

All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax.

All items that are ordered must be paid for upon ordering, unless otherwise agreed. No products will be sent unless paid for, and all products remain the property of Appleye until full payment is received.
The applicant should understand that upon applying, the applicant is agreeing to all conditions outlined on this page and any other throughout this web site. If the applicant does not agree to Appleye terms and conditons then Appleye does reserve the right to refuse the application.

Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use. The agreement for sale is concluded only when goods are handed over to the designated carrier.

Once transactions are processed orders may not be cancelled, however in deemed circumstances the buyer may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please see the refund and exchange policy for more information.
